Our Annual Meeting is for members which helps them better understand what a consumer cooperative is and how they can help their cooperative thrive.

   10:15am- 10:30am Brief Update on Progress of HTC

   

   10:30am- 11:15am “What is a Cooperative?” presentation 

   

   11:30am- 12:15pm Legal requirements 

             1) Operations Report: Jason McDonald and Eric Swilley                 (11:30am -11:35am)

             2) Financial Report- Takeshi Akatsuka                                                         (11:35am - 11:45am)

             3) Shareholder Dividend- Takeshi Akatsuka                                             (11:45am - 11:50am)

             4) Director Elections  (2 positions to fill for 3 year terms)               (11:50am - 12:10pm)
